Bilingual Service Centres

Your community access to government programs and services

Visit the nearest Bilingual Service Centre to answer questions about Manitoba government programs and services.

There are six locations in Manitoba to serve you. All are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Each centre has an information specialist with the Manitoba government who will gladly answer your questions, help you learn about programs you’re interested in, and guide you to useful services you may not know about. Most centres also have representatives from the federal and municipal governments to assist you with their services.

All bilingual service centres have public access computers that you can use for things like applying for government services, creating a resume or doing job searches. Use of computers is free, but time limits may apply during busy times. We also offer free access to fax machines and public phones (local calls only) to communicate with government agencies and potential employers.
