Voting and Elections

In order to be eligible to vote in the RM of Montcalm, you must be:
At least 18 years old, a Canadian Citizen, and a residents of the RM of Montcalm or the actual registered owner of the property in the RM of Montcalm for at least 6 months immediately prior to the election.

If you're temporarily absent from the RM of Montcalm (extended vacation, studying, etc.) and haven't established permanent residency elsewhere or been added to another municipality's voting list, you are still eligible to vote in the Montcalm.

The next General Municipal Election will be held on October 28th,2026. If you meet the criteria of a RM of Montcalm voter, and aren't sure if you are on the voter's list, you can fill out the voter registration form on our website! Register to vote at www.rmofmontcalm.com
